Chemtrails:
The white dashes left behind any aircraft is just water vapours which are not harmful to human beings known as Contrails. But Chemtrails are very toxic to human health and have various affects on humans. Normally humans cannot distinguish between contrails and chemtrails.
Chemtrails are made up of Lithium, uranium ,aluminium and many more chemical solids. Aircrafts are specially loaded with these chemtrails inside huge tanks.So that these chemicals can be spread while aircrafts are in air. As we know normally Contrails and Chemtrails cannot be distinguised easily. These chemicals spread after coming down can cause Lung cancer, respiratory problems, brain malfunction and blockage of blood flow.
Weather Modification
Weather modification is a process of intentionally modifying and altering weather according to needs of humans at any part of the world. Weather modification uses Cloud seeding to perform rains, drought conditions and many more.
Now Cloud Manufacturing Machines can make artificial clouds and process known as Artificial cloud manufacturing, which uses mixtures of hydrogen and oxygen and then artificial clouds are made. Also these artificial clouds can perform rains. But these can only be created under the government's supervision.
Recently BBC made a documentary on Artificial clouds, in which firstly they installed a huge loudspeaker, through which they played a noise to simulate a sound of a rocket and then different number of trucks were sent in different directions and drivers must stop when noise level became acceptable. NASA had 125k acres of land left with nobody where they tested there cloud making machines.Then with loudest sound they made artificial clouds into air. And after sometime clouds rained. NASA played with God.
Clouds are just mixture of hydrogen and oxygen heated up at very high temperature to form water vapours and we know water vapours are lighter than air and are easily sent into air.
Cloud Seeding
Cloud seeding popularly used in Gulf countries. Charged ionic molecules are used as magnets.Negatively charged Ionic molecules are used to attract water holding clouds together and rain. Similarly Ionic molecules can be spread using aircrafts which can repel the clouds to stop rain in area.
