1: Director of CIA Announcing Geoengineering
Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)'s former Director John O. Brennan in Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) meeting announced a project named SAI(stratospheric aerosol injection) in which he explained about chemtrails, geoengineering.
"SAI is a method of seeding stratosphere with particles that can help in reflecting the sun's heat. Earth's temperature can be controlled easily i.e chemtrails. It would provide a larger time for world economy to make a shift from fossils fuel. National research council has estimated that a fully developed SAI program would cost 10 billion dollars yearly.
As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community. On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.
On the geopolitical side, the technology’s potential to alter weather
patterns and benefit certain regions at the expense of others could
trigger sharp opposition by some nations. Others might seize on SAI’s
benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide
reductions. And, as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms
and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI."
2: John F Kennedy and Lyndon B Johnson announced Weather Controls

America wants to implement New world order in America , before Hurricanes can reach Houston where maximum destruction took place was emptied before hurricanes could reach Houston. Many People residing in Houston were forced to leave their houses.
